In the morning of October 6th, 2023, in Thuan An City, Binh Duong province, Binh Duong Import-Export Association (ABEI) successfully organized the program "The fifth Congress of Binh Duong Import-Export Association term (2023 - 2028)".
The congress was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Duong province, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Customs Department and representatives of departments and branches in the province.
During the 2019-2022 term, member businesses faced numerous challenges, the most notable of which was the issue of (collecting fees for using infrastructure works, service works, and public utilities in Ho Chi Minh City's port border area). The second problem is the difficulty for staff delivering import and export goods and going through disease control checkpoints. The Association has scheduled a meeting with the Advisory Board, Executive Board, Inspection Board and Representatives of member businesses to discuss the above problems to find the most effective solution to support members.
